Boat Sales Overview
Assist customers in finding their ideal wake or pontoon boat by providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
- Build relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience from start to finish.
- Utilize your boating and sales experience to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Collaborate with the AWS team to maintain a welcoming and informative showroom environment.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the boating industry.
- Demonstrate boats (including on the water demos) and provide detailed product knowledge.
- Work with the finance team to assist customers with purchase options and documentation.
- Maintain a professional and organized sales area.
- Attend dealership and community events to promote AWS and its products.
- Passion for the boating lifestyle and a solid understanding of wake and pontoon boats.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work weekends is a must.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and demonstrated proficiency in operating boats.

As a Wake & Pontoon Boat Sales Specialist, you will:

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, and online to promote boat sales.- Demonstrate boats (including on the water demos) and provide detailed product knowledge.
- Work with the finance team to assist customers with purchase options and documentation.
- Maintain a professional and organized sales area.
- Attend dealership and community events to promote AWS and its products.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in boating and sales is required.- Passion for the boating lifestyle and a solid understanding of wake and pontoon boats.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
