Boat Sales
As a member of our boat sales team, you’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives. This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of boating lifestyles, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Retail Sales
Our retail sales associates help customers find the perfect gear, accessories, and apparel to enhance their water sports experience. A strong knowledge of boating and water sports equipment is a plus.
Boat Detailing
Boat detailers play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ boats look their best. From cleaning and waxing to interior touch-ups, this position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work.
Financial Services
Our financial services team helps make the dream of boat ownership a reality by providing financing options tailored to our customers’ needs. Strong interpersonal skills and a background in finance are key to success in this role.
Maintenance & Repair Services
Our repair services team is the backbone of AWS, ensuring every boat we service runs smoothly and safely. We offer opportunities at multiple levels, including:
- Entry-Level Mechanic: Ideal for those starting their career in marine repair. This role focuses on basic maintenance and assisting senior mechanics.
- Senior Mechanic: For experienced professionals who can diagnose and repair complex issues, from engine overhauls to electrical systems.
- Specialized Technicians: Positions for those skilled in specific areas, such as fiberglass repair, engine diagnostics, or electronics installation.
- Gel Coat Technician: Responsible for maintaining and repairing the gel coat finishes on boats, ensuring they look pristine and meet quality standards. This role requires attention to detail and experience with gel coat application and repair techniques.
